Nutrition plays an important role in optimizing sport performance, in addition to maintaining overall health and wellness. Just as a car runs best with a full tank of gas, your body needs the right kind of fuel from food. A balance of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, minerals, vitamins, and water will give your body what it needs for peak performance.

**Our nutrition services may be covered by your private health insurance. Check with your plan provider to find out if Registered Dietitian Services are covered. You may require a referral from your physician for services to be covered. You will be given a receipt with our dietitian’s license number to submit to your provider for reimbursement.
