Our programs start off with basics, moving properly in and out of sport reduces the risk of injury.
Without proper movement mechanics and movement efficiency athletes end up with wasted potential on the competition stage. Our high-performance program is designed to minimize athlete fatigue during sport and maximize potential. Whether it’s Game Day or practice, an athlete’s fitness should not be holding them back from learning or performing.
All of our Strength and Conditioning athletes start with the basics. Athletes will first develop a solid understanding of basic movement technique, injury prevention, and proper nutrition for training and sport. Once athletes demonstrate proficiency in these fundamentals, we start developing linear and lateral speed techniques, conditioning, explosive power, and functional strength, relative to each sport.
The athletes that train at OnSide Strength and Conditioning can be confident that they’re getting the most out of their training time. We test all of our athletes that are out of season with a data-driven combine our coaches have refined over years of training.
